FlexFlow.Domino Application Structure
eQuality FlexFlow.Domino consists of the following subsystems:
1. Process Designer.
Aimed to design, setup, and change processes, and stores their definition, equipped with the following features:
- Process modeling – provides abilities to create processes, their start and end conditions, initiators definition.
- Process structure modeling – definition of states and transitions between them. Definition of transitions conditions, operation parameters (validation, post-actions, etc). Definition of documents access rights. Time-frames definition.
2. Process execution subsystem
Aimed to manage process execution, and provides the following funcions:
- simultaneous execution of a set of instances of each process
- transition of tasks between operations by execution of transitions
- access to system functions and external programs allowed to be used by end-users along the process
- interaction by data exchange with external programs on server or client
