Management
Sergey Temnikov
In 1996 Sergey graduated with honors from Novosibirsk State University with master's degree, and started his professinal IT career in Novosibirsk Center of Standardization and Metrology from implementation of workflow automation based on Lotus Domino. From 1999 till 2002 he was working as developer, system analyst, architect, and project manager in leading siberian IT companies. In 2002 Sergey and his associates founded eQuality Solutions, where he is CEO now.
Roman Romenskiy
After he had graduated from Novosibirsk State University in 1997, Roman started working as Lotus Notes/Domino developer and system administrator in one of the major outsourcing companies in Russia. Later, while working as project leader and customer relations manager, including work in the United States in 2000-2001 on customer sites, Roman gained appropriate experience and knowledge to lead customer relations in our company.
Dmitry Beloglazov
With excellent English language skills and honors MS degree from Novosibirsk State university, Dmitry is now the leading systems analyst and customer relations manager in our company. Customers working with him are always satisfied with our services, due to his talent to clearly understand any requirements specified in any manner, and specify them as system-specific tasks for developers, and finally make sure that achieved result is within one's expectation.
Konstantin Morozov
Deep knowledge of IT in general, and Lotus technologies in particular, which Konstantin started gaining since 1995, when he started working in Novosibirsk Regional Administration, is now working for him, while he's leading Lotus Domino development in our company. Expertise in this and other related technical areas make our Lotus team leaded by Konstantin provide products of the highest quality, and being at the cutting-edge of modern technologies.
