Hiring System
An extremely flexible and expandable hiring system, allowing you to recruit and staff efficiently. It is customized for educational organizations yet it can be re-used as the basis for implementing a hiring system in any industry.
Based on the powerful and flexible workflow engine, it allows you to master all processes and aspects of hiring. As an employer you can create and manage categorized job postings, track the candidates who applied to the jobs and check their qualifications. As an applicant, you can apply to different jobs, create your own online profile and be automatically notified when there are available job postings of your interest.
From the system administrator point of view this system is highly customizable, and can be configured to handle almost any hiring workflow. The administrator can set up the roles and specific people responsible for certain steps of the hiring process, as well as the automatic notifications and actions the system should automatically take in certain conditions.
