Lotus Notes ActiveX Grid Control Features
Here's the list of current features of the Lotus Notes ActiveX Grid Control
- Works as ActiveX component in Lotus Notes client
- Supports all Windows platforms
- Supports grid resize in design mode
- Supports arbitrary number of rows and columns
- In design mode provides cell settings as well as general grid settings
- Allows to adjust the following settings in design mode:
- Visible part size
- Color, alignment and font for cells, columns and rows
- Read-only mode for cells, rows and columns (limitation by user)
- Cell border type (none, 1 pixel)
- Cell types supported: Integer, Long, Single, Double, Currency, Date, String, Boolean
- Each cell allows selection from the list, custom representation of data is supported
- Calendar Control for data selection control in Date cells
- Clipboard support: text Copy/Paste, Select/Copy is available for cells, column and rows (using mouse & keyboard), standard hotkeys are implemented.
- Light-weighted: doesn't use libraries such as MFC, VCL. Uses ATL instead
- Supports usage of up to 5 components in one container
