Lotus Notes ActiveX Grid Control Features

Here's the list of current features of the Lotus Notes ActiveX Grid Control

• Works as ActiveX component in Lotus Notes client
• Supports all Windows platforms
• Supports grid resize in design mode
• Supports arbitrary number of rows and columns
• In design mode provides cell settings as well as general grid settings
• Allows to adjust the following settings in design mode:
  • Visible part size
  • Color, alignment and font for cells, columns and rows
  • Read-only mode for cells, rows and columns (limitation by user)
  • Cell border type (none, 1 pixel)
• Cell types supported: Integer, Long, Single, Double, Currency, Date, String, Boolean
• Each cell allows selection from the list, custom representation of data is supported
• Calendar Control for data selection control in Date cells
• Clipboard support: text Copy/Paste, Select/Copy is available for cells, column and rows (using mouse & keyboard), standard hotkeys are implemented.
• Light-weighted: doesn't use libraries such as MFC, VCL. Uses ATL instead
• Supports usage of up to 5 components in one container
