FlexFlow.Domino Application Suite
For sure, as for any other workflow system, except for the system core we also provide simple sample process application, which can be used as a template to re-use the code into your own applications, including Lotus Notes and Web ones.
However, we couldn't afford providing the product, which cannot add value to our customer immediately.
Therefore we've also added useful complementary application sample into the suite – helpdesk/servicedesk system – FlexCM.
System can be quickly deployed and serve to solve the following tasks:
- receiving requests from users or customers of various types, such as equipment malfunction or damage, software or network problems, new requirements or ideas for software systems, or some other organization activities or assets, etc.
- requests processing by responsible specialists, requirements clarification via discussion
- working out solution for requests and it's approval by responsible parties
- estimation of time-frames and budgets required to accomplish the solution, implementation planning
- progress and completion monitoring at any time or processing pahse
- implementation approval by responsible parties
This way, if you start using FlexFlow.Domino you can immediately automate service and support for users and customers, without waiting.
